The Arabella Series is based on the quote by the Dali Lama “If every eight year old was taught to meditate, we would achieve world peace in one generation” and is written to bring an awareness of energy healing and practices such as meditation to children around the world. It is my vision to create kind and magical role models for children, to light a spark in them that encourages compassion, forgiveness and love.

John Jr discovered that piece of armor protects your head from danger and keeps your mind intact. It helps you avoid sinful thoughts and understand what is good and true. 3.. John Jr added that The helmet of salvation protects something even more precious: our soul. God sent Jesus to die for us so he could give us salvation. If you are wearing the helmet of salvation, the enemy can't touch you. 4. Durga shared the Bible verse Thessalonians 5:8 with John Jr and told him it tells us to put on faith and love as a breastplate, and to wear the hope of salvation as a helmet. 5. John Jr and Durga learned the ABCs of salvation. A – ADMIT you are a sinner. B - BELIEVE Jesus died and rose again to pay for your sins. C - CONFESS Jesus is Lord of your life. Putting your total trust in Jesus as your only hope of salvation.

Today Ezra, Leo, Mummy and Daddy had a big adventure. They were going tot dig the deepest hole in the world on the beach. They were on Kommetjie Long Beach in Cape Town. It was wide, empty, with crashing waves and mountains in the distance. Daddy had the biggest spade, Mummy a medium size spade, Ezra a small spade and Leo a tiny spade. They dug and dug and dug until the whole was 2km deep and suddenly they found a magical golden kingdom. They played theater for hours until the sun set and they climbed out the whole to go home. That night everyone fell fast asleep.

One night, as she gazed up, a tiny moonbeam danced through her window and whispered, 'Luna, do you want to see the moon's secrets?' Luna nodded eagerly. The moonbeam wrapped her in a silvery glow and lifted her high into the sky. When they landed on the moon, Luna found a magical world full of glowing flowers, giggling stars, and kind little moon creatures. They showed her how to make star dust, and Luna promised to sprinkle a bit of it back home to make everyone's dreams brighter. And when Luna woke up in her bed, she found a little sparkle on her pillow. She smiled and whispered, 'Thank you, moonbeam.' And that, my little dreamers, is how Luna had the most magical adventure. Nibbles was my beautiful hamster, with soft, fluffy fur and big, curious eyes. I had gotten her as a present from my parents and she quickly became my beloved pet. Every day, I would spend hours playing with Nibbles in her brightly colored cage. She loved to run on her wheel and explore every nook and cranny of her home. There was always one treat in that Nibbles couldn’t resist, sunflower seeds. As soon as she saw me holding the bag of seeds, she would stand on her hind legs and squeak excitedly. One day, I decided to take Nibbles out of her cage and let her explore my room. As Nibbles grew older, she started to slow down and spend more time napping. Although she was just a hamster, she had brought so much joy and love into my life. My heart sank as I realized she had passed away in her sleep. I couldn’t stop the tears from falling as I said goodbye to my beautiful hamster.
