In a quiet neighborhood park, Logan sat alone on a bench, watching the other kids run around and play. He felt a little lonely, wishing he had a friend to share the day with. The leaves rustled in the trees above, and the soft breeze made the swings creak ever so gently.

Just then, a girl with curly brown hair and bright eyes walked up to Logan. She had a friendly smile, and her name was Arabella. She introduced herself, her voice cheerful and warm. "Hi! I’m Arabella. Do you want to play?"

Logan, surprised but happy, nodded. "Sure, I'm Logan," he said, smiling back. Arabella grabbed his hand and led him to the playground, where they took turns on the swings, raced each other to the jungle gym, and laughed until their sides hurt.

As the afternoon sun began to set, Logan realized he had made a new best friend. Arabella had brought out a happiness in him he hadn't felt in a long time. The park wasn’t just a place to sit alone anymore; it became their spot, the beginning of a special friendship

Hi, I’m Karots, the Welsh pony, and though I may be a bit older now, I still have a mischievous streak! As a lesson pony, I spend my days teaching children not just how to ride but how to stay alert and on their toes! My mornings start like anyone else's—with breakfast, but don’t dare give me food I don’t like, or I’ll simply refuse to eat! After my meal, I play with my pony pals—biting, kicking, and running around wildly—it’s our favorite way to bond!

Then, the real fun begins. I know when the children arrive, and I can’t wait to greet them. I like to test my new two-legged friends as soon as they put the halter on, by bolting out of the stall. Sometimes I run so fast I lift them right off their feet—what a ride! Of course, if they let go of the lead rope, it’s FREEDOM! I trot around like the star of my own parade, and the humans reward me with carrots and cookies for my stellar performance.

Once they catch me, it’s time for the next round of fun in the arena. I make sure their ride is exciting—no boring trotting in circles for me! I prefer zig-zag patterns, spontaneous canters, and inserting my head or leg through the fence, just to make them squeal. I’ve also mastered the art of picking up branches, just to see how long I can hold on while they try to pry them from my mouth!

Of course, after all that fun, I always end the day with good behavior. The children un-tack me, give me lots of scratches (the human version of chewing, I’ve learned), and most importantly, plenty of carrots. After all, carrots are a Karots’ favorite treat!

1.  John Jr and Hopsi were reading their Bible.  They came across the virtue of temperance.  John Jr and Hopsi decided to ask the preschool teacher to tell them more about temperance.
2.  Temperance  involves moderation in one's thoughts, feelings, and actions, and having self-control.   John Jr and Hopsi wanted to learn how they could practice temperance.
3.  John Jr and Hopsi was going to practice abstinence of something that habitual in their life for a week.  They made a list of their habits and each decided on on thing.  John Jr was going to give up his game boy and Hopsi was going to give up carrots.
4.  John Jr and Hopsi decided they were also going change how they did stuff.  Try to make some healthy habits.
4.  John Jr and Hopsi planned on Exercising for 20 minutes every day for a week, Practicing an instrument for 30 minutes every day for a week ,Making your bed first thing every morning , Turning off TV by 7 PM for a week, Waiting until after dinner to eat dessert

1.  John Jr and Durga wanted to be fully equipped with the Armor of God.  The decided to find out more about the sword of the spirit.  They discovered that piece of armor represents the Word of God and is the only offensive weapon you can use to fight off the devil and his temptations.
2.  The sword of the spirit can be used as both a defensive and offensive tool. It can help people: 
Distinguish between right and wrong 
Live without sin 
Protect themselves from the enemy's lies 
Counter attacks 
Slice through lies of darkness 
Reveal the truth of God's love

3. John Jr told Durga that they needed to Pray in the Spirit at all times with all kinds of prayers, asking for everything they need.  They decided to start praying each night before bed.

Once upon a time, in ancient Greece, there was a powerful and mighty god named Zeus. He was the king of all the gods and ruled over Mount Olympus. But Zeus' journey to becoming the king was full of adventure and bravery.

Zeus was the youngest son of Cronus and Rhea. Cronus, his father, was very worried because a prophecy said that one of his children would overthrow him. So, Cronus decided to swallow each of his children as soon as they were born. One by one, they were swallowed, but when Zeus was born, his mother Rhea had a plan. She hid baby Zeus in a cave on the island of Crete and gave Cronus a stone wrapped in a blanket, which he swallowed instead.

In the cave, baby Zeus was cared for by nymphs and a magical goat named Amalthea. "I will protect you, Zeus, until you are strong enough to face your father," said Amalthea. Zeus grew up strong and wise, and when he was ready, he decided to free his siblings and challenge Cronus.

Zeus made a special potion and tricked Cronus into drinking it. Cronus felt very sick and, to everyone's surprise, he threw up all of Zeus' siblings! They were Hestia, Demeter, Hera, Hades, and Poseidon. "Thank you, Zeus! Now we can help you defeat Cronus!" they exclaimed.

They meet their new teachers Mrs.McIntosh and Ms.Natasha. The students learn about the classroom rules and meet their new classmates.

Once upon a time, in a big green forest, there lived a little turtle named Timmy. Timmy was a small turtle with a shiny, green shell and a big, curious smile. He loved to explore and go on adventures, even though he was a bit slower than his animal friends.

One sunny morning, Timmy decided to go on an adventure to find the biggest, juiciest strawberry in the whole forest! "I love strawberries," Timmy said, licking his lips.

So, off he went! He walked past tall trees, wiggled under bushes, and splashed through tiny puddles.

On the way, Timmy met his friend Bella the Bunny, hopping around. "Where are you going, Timmy?" asked Bella.

"I'm looking for the biggest strawberry in the forest!" Timmy said excitedly.

"I'll help you!" said Bella, and they both hopped along together.

After a while, they came across Sammy the Squirrel, who was gathering nuts. "Hi, Sammy!" said Timmy and Bella. "Do you know where we can find the biggest strawberry?"

Sammy scratched his head and said, "I don’t know, but I’ll help you look!" And so, Sammy joined the adventure too.

They walked and walked until they saw something red and shiny behind a big bush.

“Look!” Timmy said, “It’s the biggest strawberry ever!”

They all cheered! Timmy, Bella, and Sammy shared the strawberry and it was the sweetest, juiciest strawberry they had ever tasted.

After their delicious snack, they sat under a tree and laughed together. Timmy was so happy that his friends helped him on his adventure. He learned that exploring was fun, but having friends along made it even better!

And from that day on, Timmy, Bella, and Sammy went on many more adventures together.

Mrs. Green returned from the grocery store with her arms full of bags, but when she reached her front door, she realized her house key was missing. She searched her pockets, purse, and shopping bags, but the key was nowhere to be found. As she started to panic, her young neighbor Emma, an eight-year-old with a cheerful smile, noticed her distress and asked what was wrong.

Mrs. Green explained her problem, and Emma, always quick with ideas, suggested checking the sidewalk in case the key had fallen out during the walk home. When Mrs. Green said she had already looked everywhere, Emma had another suggestion. She offered to pray with Mrs. Green to ask for help in finding the key, explaining that prayer was powerful and that God was always listening.

Though not accustomed to praying, Mrs. Green agreed, touched by Emma’s confidence. They sat together on the steps, and Emma led a simple, heartfelt prayer, asking God to help them find the lost key. Mrs. Green felt a sense of comfort and hope after the prayer, even though she wasn’t sure what to expect.

Afterward, the two of them retraced Mrs. Green’s steps, searching once again in the areas they had already checked. Just as Mrs. Green was about to lose hope, Emma called out from near the bushes by the front steps. There, hidden in the leaves, was the missing key.

Mrs. Green was overjoyed and couldn’t believe it. She hugged Emma and thanked her, feeling grateful not only for finding the key but also for the reminder of the power of prayer. Emma simply smiled and said she believed God had helped them.

From that moment on, Mrs. Green never forgot the lesson Emma had taught her. Whenever she encountered a problem, whether big or small, she remembered to turn to prayer for guidance, just like Emma had shown her. And remarkably, things always seemed to work out in the end.

Maya’s Big Feelings: Giving Them to God

Mayuka taught her dolls what she saw her mother, a psychologist, do often.
After playtime, the 9-year-old busily punched the air, tapped her foot, twirled, and bent her
knees… dance was her world!
Her school’s annual day was coming up in two weeks. Mayuka was set to perform a group
dance along with classmates from 4th standard first and later, a solo dance in the competition
category. The girls prepared for the group dance with their class teacher. For her solo, she took
help from Greta Miss, her dance teacher at the Dancing Stars studio near her home.
Two weeks became one week and then soon enough Rainbow School’s annual day arrived.
She was exhausted from the constant practice yet excited.
‘Welcome to Rainbow School’s Annual Day,’ read the banners everywhere. Mayuka walked into
school chirpily with her mother. Since her father’s death a year ago, it was her mother who
attended all her school events.
Mayuka and her mom went to her classroom, buzzing with her dance pals.
‘Where’s my skirt?’
‘Miss, my hairclips are missing.’
Ka-chik, ka-chik, selfies everywhere. Mayuka got ready quickly. Her mom gave her the usual
good luck kiss.
The dancers waited backstage as Miss Lily announced ‘Here come the dance champs of class
4!’ The audience clapped exuberantly before and after the dance.

Harvey is a 16 year old boy who has been working as a newspaper delivery boy for 3 months of summer. His boss, Mr. Smith wants to employ Harvey for the rest of the year and tells him about 401k. At first Harvey is skeptical and unhappy that more money will be deducted from his check. Mr. Smith tells him that if you put a portion of your money towards a Roth IRA account his money will grow on accrued interest. Harvey was confused at first and so was sparky. Mr. Smith found a beautiful and easy story that he used as an analogy to explain to Harvey what a Roth IRA account is and how does money grow. His retirement account will be worth a lot of money and Harvey decides to listen to his boss. He decided to put 20 dollars every week. After 4 months he had about 355 dollars, which is 35 dollars more than he contributed. He was so happy that his money grew and was happy with his investment. Sparky was also happy.

On a sunny day, Baa-rbie, Koko and Roo were playing near a dog house.
Suddenly, a strange noise came from the barn making them feel intrigued by the sound.
They decided to investigate the sound knowing they could rely on the dog to help them. Inside the barn they found an old tractor and a chopped off head. Under the head was a secret passage. The hidden passage to led them to a secret garden filled with toys and food.
The garden was overgrown, they knew it needed some work on it. the friends asked the other farm animals to help them with the mission. Everyone worked together, using their skills to make the garden look prettier.
As they finished, the farmer appeared and the friends felt a bit relieved. THe farmer was happy and reminded them to stick together. All the animals and farmer returned home and had a nap by the fire place
