Hi, I’m Karots, the Welsh pony, and though I may be a bit older now, I still have a mischievous streak! As a lesson pony, I spend my days teaching children not just how to ride but how to stay alert and on their toes! My mornings start like anyone else's—with breakfast, but don’t dare give me food I don’t like, or I’ll simply refuse to eat! After my meal, I play with my pony pals—biting, kicking, and running around wildly—it’s our favorite way to bond! Then, the real fun begins. I know when the children arrive, and I can’t wait to greet them. I like to test my new two-legged friends as soon as they put the halter on, by bolting out of the stall. Sometimes I run so fast I lift them right off their feet—what a ride! Of course, if they let go of the lead rope, it’s FREEDOM! I trot around like the star of my own parade, and the humans reward me with carrots and cookies for my stellar performance. Once they catch me, it’s time for the next round of fun in the arena. I make sure their ride is exciting—no boring trotting in circles for me! I prefer zig-zag patterns, spontaneous canters, and inserting my head or leg through the fence, just to make them squeal. I’ve also mastered the art of picking up branches, just to see how long I can hold on while they try to pry them from my mouth! Of course, after all that fun, I always end the day with good behavior. The children un-tack me, give me lots of scratches (the human version of chewing, I’ve learned), and most importantly, plenty of carrots. After all, carrots are a Karots’ favorite treat!

The forest had 8 doors The witch explained that to go back home the little gnome would have to solve all 8 challanges -Door 1 was full of spiders -Door 2 bats Door 3 zombies Door 4 water Door 5 fire Door 6 thunder Door 7 ghosts Door 8 was dark Each door had a different polymonial case. The gnome worked very hard and solved them all Then the witch returned him home.

She works hard to dig and make a new home near a pine tree. She is tired and happy when she is finished because she knows that her family will be safe from Mr. Owl and Mr. Fox who want to eat them. Mr. Vole knows how hard it is to dig because he digs too. He pats Mrs. Vole on the cheek. The Vole family will be happy and safe this spring.

Once upon a time, two friends named Alex and Poppy were playing on a sunny beach. They built massive sandcastles and splashed in the warm waves, laughing and having fun. The seagulls who were as loud as exploding fireworks, suddenly went quiet and flew away in the opposite direction of the ocean. "What’s happening?" asked Poppy, looking nervously at Alex. Just then, a gigantic wave crashed onto the shore. From the frothy water, a frightening figure emerged—a sea witch! She rose high above the waves, her long hair flowing like seaweed, and her eyes glimmered with mischief. The sea witch raised her sparkling triton and pointed it straight at the two friends. Before they could run, a magical pull tugged at them, and they were swept under the water! In the blink of an eye, Alex and Poppy found themselves in the sea witch’s shimmering underwater cave, surrounded by glittering treasures and colourful fish. The sea witch smiled wickedly. “You will help me find my lost crown, or you must stay here forever!” The sea witch became distracted by a family of lost turtles, trying to enter her underwater cave. Alex looked at Poppy, his heart racing. “We need to get out of here!” With a nod of agreement, they started to tip-toe behind the mountains of treasure in the sea witch’s cave. Suddenly, they spotted a golden starfish that shimmered brightly—it looked magical! “Let’s grab it!” shouted Poppy, reaching out. As they grasped the starfish together, a brilliant light filled the cave! With a bright flash, the starfish granted them one wish. The friends looked at each other, grinned, and shouted together, “Take us back home!” In an instant, they found themselves back on the sandy beach, the sun shining down once more. They cheered and hugged each other. “Where have you been?” Alex’s mum asked. “You wouldn’t believe me if I told you!” Alex laughed.
