Take a deep breath in... and then out!" Sam demonstrated, and his friends followed, feeling the gentle stretch. Page 4: Next, they all tried the Wave Flow. "Pretend you’re a wave," Sam said. "As you breathe in, raise your arms up like a wave rising high. As you breathe out, let your arms flow back down." Daisy, Ollie, and Tilly swayed like ocean waves, feeling peaceful and light. Page 5: Finally, Sam introduced his favorite, Starfish Breathing. "Let’s make a star shape with our bodies," Sam instructed. They spread their arms and legs wide. "Now, let’s trace our star," Sam said, "Breathe in as you trace up one arm, and breathe out as you go down the next." Page 6: As they traced their star shapes, breathing in and out, everyone felt calm and relaxed. "Yoga helps us feel like we’re floating on a gentle wave," Sam said with a smile. "It’s the best way to start our day!" Page 7: When they finished, they all lay down on the soft, sandy sea floor in the Resting Reef Pose. "This is how we end our yoga," Sam whispered. I especially enjoy strolling along the charming streets of the old and new villages. The rustic blue brick walls, the scattered houses, and the mysterious watchtowers all radiate the unique charm of ancient Chinese villages. Every time I pass by, I listen intently to the stories of the past and present, as if I can feel the wisdom and footprints of my ancestors. People say that Lung Yeuk Tau, just like its name suggests, is full of life and vitality—a place where dragons soar and tigers leap. It carries the historical memories of countless years while thriving with energy, where traditional culture and modern life coexist harmoniously. As a child of this land, I take pride in my heritage and am determined to preserve its unique cultural legacy, ensuring that this magical land endures forever.

The story is about two applications, Pakuś and Minimalka, living on a computer's SSD drive. Pakuś collects everything, creating clutter and slowing down his computer, while Minimalka keeps only what’s necessary and organizes everything neatly. When Pakuś's computer becomes too slow to function properly, Minimalka helps him clean up by deleting unnecessary files and organizing folders. Tics often come and go and can get worse when a person is stressed or anxious. It's perfectly normal to worry that a tic may never go away. Fortunately, that's not usually the case. Most tics are temporary. They tend to not last more than 3 months at a time. Many times, people with a tic can think that their tic is the worst one ever. Of course it isn't, but it's still a concern for many people with tics. And those worries can cause unnecessary feelings of embarrassment and actually make the tic worse. Nobody wants to make tics worse, but is there any way to make them better? While you can't cure tics, you can take some easy steps to lessen their impact: Don't focus on it. If you know you have a tic, forget about it. Concentrating on it just makes it worse. Try to avoid stress-filled situations as much as you can — stress only makes tics worse. Get enough sleep. Being tired can makes tics worse. So make sure to get a full night's rest! Let it out! Holding back a tic can just turn it into a ticking bomb, waiting to explode. Have you ever felt a cough coming on and tried to avoid it? Didn't work out so well, did it? Chances are it was much worse. Tics are very similar. A tic? What tic? If a friend of yours has a tic, don't call attention to it. Chances are your friend knows the tic is there. Pointing it out only makes the person think about it more.

Duda, a small, fluffy bear, sits in his cozy room, watching a Carnival parade on TV. He’s amazed by the dancers in bright costumes. Inspired, Duda decides to copy their moves. He stands up, raises his arms, and spins around, trying to dance just like them. He’s having so much fun! Duda gets an idea and runs to his room to make his own costume. He grabs curtains, towels, and shiny toys. His room turns into a colorful mess, but Duda doesn’t mind. He’s focused on creating his special costume. After finishing, he looks at himself in the mirror. He smiles proudly at his work. Excited, Duda runs to show his mom. She looks at him, surprised but proud. She smiles and hugs him, telling him how great his costume is. Duda feels proud and happy. His mom, seeing how excited he is, says, “Let’s go to the parade!” They leave the house and walk down the street. Duda looks around at the colorful decorations and listens to the music. When they reach the parade, Duda is amazed. He sees a dancer on a truck, surrounded by people in costumes. Duda asks his mom about the dancer, and she explains with a smile. Duda wants to dance too. His mom laughs and says, “Let’s join the fun!” They dance together in the crowd, spinning and laughing. Duda is happy to be part of the celebration. The day ends with confetti flying and music playing, and Duda and his mom smile, enjoying their special moment together.

One day Ms. Dennis tells them they are going to sing a song in the Winter concert, so they need to choose a song. Taylor suggests "the Little Drummer Boy" Alex does not like this idea because Alex is Jewish. Alex suggests singing "Dreidel, Dreidel, Dreidel". But Avery, who is not religious does not want to sing a song about Hannukah. River suggests they sing "Rudolf the red nosed reindeer". the children are excited except Mako. Mako says she does not know that song because she does not celebrate Christmas. The other children ask Mako to just sit out. Ms. Dennis tells them no, they are not going to exclude someone. Ms. Dennis tells the children find something they have in common, and asks them to bring an item that symbolizes the holidays they celebrate. When the children return, Avery brought a red, a blue, and a gold candle Avery's family celebrates Human Light, the candles represent, reason, compassion & hope. Jordan brings a Kinara his family celebrates Kwanzaa they light the candles to symbolize their community. Taylor brings a star from his Christmas tree. He explains that he celebrates Christmas and that the star is a reminder of the North Star the wise men followed to find Jesus. Mako brings a Bodi tree with lights. Mako's her family celebrates Bodi day, the day when the Buddha achieved enlightenment the lights on the tree represent the path to enlightenment. Alex brings a Menorah, Alex's family celebrates Hannukah, and the candles symbolize light's triumph over dark. River brings in a crown made of holly candles sticking out of it. her family celebrates Winter Solstice & the return of the sun. Ms. Dennis says all their celebrations revolve around light and the symbol of the Unitarian Universalist Church is a flaming chalice, each of the children have a light inside of them. River suggests they sing "This little light of mine" for the winter concert. Everyone agrees.

Once upon a time, there was a little bird on a farm. His feathers were messy, and he felt sad because he looked different from the other birds. The little bird watched the other birds playing and having fun every day. He wished he could join them, but he felt too shy and unsure of himself. One sunny day, the farmer's daughters came to the farm. ALEENA AND MALIA saw the little bird sitting alone and looking sad. The girls smiled kindly and said, "You may look different, but you are special in your way." The little bird felt a glimmer of hope. He decided to try joining the other birds in their games. At first, the other birds laughed and teased him. But the little bird didn't give up. He kept trying, and soon he found his confidence. With each day that passed, the little bird grew stronger and happier. He realized that it didn't matter what he looked like on the outside. What mattered most was the courage and kindness he had inside. And so, the once sad little bird became known as the brave little bird, inspiring others to believe in themselves just as he had. 5 years ago Mahua heard a small baby calling Mummy, but she couldn't understand where the voice was coming from. She asked her bro & sister in law but they also couldn't see where the voice was coming from. Even Didi couldn’t see where the sound was coming from. Mahua then asked Jaja, Juju & Deeda if they could hear the voice. Then Jaja & Juju mentioned that the sound is coming from a place little far from here, called Khed Gaon. Jaja said, in Khed Gaon we have to go to a place called Mukti Mission where there is a small 4 Month baby calling you. Then Jaja & Mahua quickly sat in the Mercedes, drove to this place & there we followed the sound & saw a little bundle of cuteness calling out & searching for her Mummy with her big eyes with her two fingers in her mouth. Mahua then picked up that small bundle & they both looked at each other & they both smiled at each other & that small little girl was Aadya. & that’s how Mahua became Mummy to Aadya & both of them live happily ever after.

Sammy is a 7 year old hispanic boy who loves playing games. The problem is, Sammy has a difficult time losing. When Sammy loses he becomes upset, sometimes crying and throwing the pieces. His friends and family do not want to play with him when he gets upset. Sammy realizes he needs to learn to control his emotions. Sammy starts to use coping skills. When Sammy becomes upset, he starts by taking a deep breath and counting to 10. This makes him feel better.
